I belong out amongst the people as an observer, participant and recorder of everyday life.
Lorrie’e quest is to capture and communicate cultures at risk; the uniqueness, mystery and beauty seen in the indiginous people and their environment before it is changed or lost forever in this evolving world.
30 years ago Lorrie started exploring photography. During the last 10 years Lorrie chose to pursue her true passion, photography full time. Since graduating from the Image Program at the Creative Circus, Atlanta, Georgia, Lorrie travels to remote locations in the pursuit of that special connection to humanity and an indepth look at the inner workings of a society.
Lorrie regularly does photographic work for non profit organizations focused on the issues and needs of women and children in the US and abroad.
